i'm new to this forum, nice to meet you guys,
i'm having an issue establishing ipsec tunnel between my mikrotik (RB1100x4) and Fortigate (80C),
im using guide provided here (http://www.fastbit.ro/en/ipsec-site-to- ... -mikrotik/) but seems to no avail,
i received attached error,
anymore error/config you need me to attach here?

Hello,
That guide you linked is very old. Both RouterOS and FortiOS have had major IPSEC changes.
As you have a Phase1 error I would check the basics, e.g. the auth parameters match, as well as the pre-shared key.
Also, are you intentionally meant to be using NAT-Traversal ?
