You want users to login to the Mikrotik with their Windows credentials? Or you want users to log into Windows with Mikrotik credentials?

You could potentially run RADIUS in front of a windows DC server and have people log into mikrotiks with Windows Credentials, the other way around I do not believe so without a heap of custom development.
