l2tp/ipsec problem

Fri Feb 08, 2019 2:45 pm

Hi. Until recently I have been working fine with the l2tp / ipsec protocol. Now, I do not know why it fails and I get the following message in log:
xx.xx.xx.xx failed to pre-process for ph2 packet
xx.xx.xx.xx peer sent packet for dead phase2
In the ipsec window I get the following message:
Unsafe configuration suggestio to use certificates.
Now it is necessary to work with certificates?
Thank you

It's just a message. That features comes with the new version several versions ago. Just reminding you that pre shared key can be hacked.

Thank you
