Burning the image of the routerboard to a flash disk from Linux

Sat Feb 09, 2019 6:08 pm

I use Linux everywhere. I need to burn the iso image of the Routerboard OS on a flash drive. How can I do it?
Netinstall under Linux is missing. The image iso recorded from Linux using dd is not loaded ...

This would actually be really handy. I have this problem now. I want to do a fresh reinstall on my MikroTik and really don't want to have to find a Windows machine to do this. There is not single Windows machine in the office :(

RouterOS does not support USB stick boot. Why?
should not be to hard to implement.
Maybe v7 solves this. Would be handy to install from an USB stick. I do not have CD/DVD drive around.

Easy2Boot does NOT support RouterOS
