10GB switch+transceivers

Goal:
to have 10GB network between servers.
Situation:
3x ProLiant DL380 G7
All hosts are local (same rack).
Exact model of 10G NICs still unknown (trying to investigate).
Question:
1. Do I understand correct that FC is the way to go (future-proof, lower latecy)?
2. Which switch (>8 ports) and transceivers should I use? Preferential Mikrotik
