Hello,

i have two locations which are connected with IPSEC VPN, other vendor than Mikrotik.

I want to "extend" subnet from location a to location b.

I have installed on every site a mikrotik router, one thernet interface connected to internal LAN at the location.
Mikrotik location A 192.168.1.2
Mikrotik location B 192.168.2.2

Default route is set to default Gateway at specific site.

I can ping between the mirkotik devices.

I have created on both Mikrotik EoIP tunnel with same ID, i have configured the remote IP adress from Mikrotik at other site (for location A the 192.168.2.2 / for location B 192.168.1.2.

After creating EoIP on both devices the tunnel is not running.

In my opinion the EoIP should be running state, because the MK can reach each other.
I have not configured an IP on EoIP tunnel Interface.

I am missing something?
