Problem with customer service (and HTC Vive)

Hello. We bought a level 4 licence on February 28th and had a very urgent question for MikroTik (we used the support email address) but we still haven't got any answer despite asking several times. The problem is, our two weeks of free support are now finished and we still have a lot of questions but didn't even get our first answer. Does anybody know how else they can be reached?

I'll also mention my question in case you guys know the answer: we're trying to use a wireless wire (wAP 60G) to relay the signal from a wireless HTC Vive (which is 60 Ghz) in order to boost its range. We can see the signal coming but we don't know how to tell the device "transmit the same signal you receive". Do you know how we could do that with it? Or, if it's not possible, what hardware we can use to do it?
