restore original firmware

Wed Apr 24, 2019 8:21 pm

hi!
I work in a company and they asked me to restore the original firmware of a router, I have a Mikrotik router RouterBoard 952Ui-5ac2nD, this router has a Tanaza firmware installed, because it was used commercially, I'm trying to restore the firmware through the system Tanaza but it causes me error. My question here is: Can I return the original firmware of my RouterBoard in a forced way? do it by SSH, USB, etc. I need to know if it is possible, I urgently need this device.
Thank you.

Can you do it though Netinstall?

Regards.
If you want to know my network, you can find it here.

Of course, these programs do not recognize the device because they have another firmware

Don't think you can without by serial console or some soldering, as you said the firmware does not support flashing MikroTik firmware.

if the winbox and netinstall applications do not recognize my Mikrotik router, can not I restore Mikrotik's original firmware?
