I can not get my Mikrotik RB960PGS to work on the SFP port connected to a fast Ethernet port, I can get a link but I do not have internet access. Can you help me?

Is the SFP itself a FastEthernet one? hEX PoE is not mentioned at all in Mikrotik's SFP compatibility table, so hard to say whether it does or does not support FastEthernet speed on SFP at all. But if it does, it definitely needs the SFP to declare itself as an FE one.
