RB 4011 and CRS328-24P-4S+ vlan tag

Hi I am try to add tag to port on income for device doesn't support tag
copy of the rb 4011 config winch does pass vlan tag to switch on port one and tag port work across all ports
test with unfi ap and it join correct main network then when device join end up on vlan it set to
I Have try few way just wonder what is corrected I can do mac based to tag device to vlan 12 winch show up under dhcp server just only get dhcp offer
/interface ethernet switch rule
add switch=switch1 ports=ether16 src-mac-address=A4:12:6D:77:94:43/00:13:E2:F7:E0:EB new-vlan-id=12 use this and also try force port that ether16 to pvid 12
