Hi!

I found a few bugs in Netinstall.
The latest version as well as the version of the stable branch do not work on Windows 10 1809 with the latest updates.
Netinstall does not launch PXE server.

I ran tests on different PC with different versions of Windows (with all updates)
Bottom Netinstall stably runs on Windows 10 1803 and earlier (windows 8, Windows 7).

There is also a problem in the latest version of NetInstall 6.44.3
It works extremely unstable: PXE server is started, but it is impossible to download the firmware.

Can someone confirm these problems?
