A few months ago live streaming to youtube became problematic, advising me that my 30Mbps upload speed was insufficient for even the lowest quality. Soon after the problem followed to twitch. After much testing, the problem seems to be my HexS, when it is taken out of the equation everything works, only I don't want it out of the equation. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

A Hex S can do way more than 30mbps, most likely you configured it incorrectly. Post your config.

quick dirty sollution you can reset it to defaults and test speeds.
keep a backup first in case you need to restore.
