PPPOE Not working

Tue Jun 18, 2019 5:14 pm

HI ALL,
I have an CCR1036-12G-4S with RouterOS 6.44.3.
On SFP1 is our breakout
SFP2 is fibre provider A
SFP3 is FIbre Provider B
I have setup Radius Server setup and pppoe is working on provider A
Provider B it is setup the same though no customers are authenticating, Please can someone assist with this issue, Initially Provider B had an MTU of 9000 which I had him change down to MRU 1500 though authentication is still not working, IP Neighbors shows my customer routers on VLAN 2187 though i cannot do an mac ping or an ARP ping to them and visa versa from customer to my CCR1036, I have also tried to assigned an 10.10.10.10/30 to VLAN 2187 and had an 10.10.10.9/30 on the client router but could not ping the 10.10.10.10 IP, also then plugged in my laptop direct ot the providers GPON and set my lan port to 10.10.10.9/30 and tried to ping 10.10.10.10 also no result.

Any Advise will be greatly appreciated,

Have you tried removing the src-address=102.177.16X.X from /radius
add address=102.177.160.3 secret=XXXXXXXXXXXX service=ppp,login src-address=102.177.16X.X
