Configure TCP and UDP ports in RouterOS for P2P client

I need to open one specific TCP and one UDP port in order for eMule (a P2P client) to work properly. The software does have an option to "use UPnP to set up ports," but it's not working, so I need to open those specific ports. How do I do that in RouterOS?
