help me

I have a problem when merged two separate Internet happen to the messenger and web every five minutes but when worked on the line of the Internet and only one gets what is the solution of this problem....

ok , i have 2 isp lan 1m and 1m when i work Load Balancing for Merge tow lan the messenger and web drop each 5 min. this is the problem
