Ready Voucher 2.15

Dear Sir

I am using ReadyVoucher 2.15 , when i upgrade my Mikrotik RB1100 firmware to latest , the readyvoucher cant more connect to Mikrotik .
every time i test connection from ready voucher to mikrotik , a message appears saying that check your user name or password .
i tried to disable firewall , check api enable service , create a special user for readyvoucher without characters only letters and number , but actually i did not succeed .
Please i need a smooth help from yours

This probably due to API change

speak with developer of ReadyVoucher

Dear Sir

I spoke with Mr Ado the developer of readyvoucher , he send to me a new version of ready voucher , it works fine for 1 day than suddenly stopped , i sent to him the debug log to check and he said nothing change in your mikrotik it is strange , try to disable firewall and check user name and password , i did but without succeed , this is why i am here posting my problem .

There any firewall black lists? Perhaps need to add to walled garden (allowed) within hotspot setup?

What about after a reboot of router, issue still same?

Create a new service account (user + pass) to be used for the API auth with ReadyVoucher?

Dear Sir

i have tried all your advice but without succeed .
really strange . no block firewall list , api service for port 8728 is enabled , firewall on local workstation is disabled , i can ping the mikrotik from the local workstation where readyvoucher is installed
i create a new api user name and password . but actually i cant connect to mikrotik from ready Voucher

Dear Sir

I find the problem , from one week ago i created RPD rules in mikrotik and by mistake the Source address was the mikrotik IP and not the server IP , so when i disable the RDP rules
ready voucher direct communicate with MIkrotik .
