DHCPv6 issue after upgrade to 6.45.1

Fri Aug 16, 2019 7:10 am

using Mikrotik as LNS, DHCPv6 is no longer binding to the PPPoE interfaces. anyone else see this issue or know if its been resolved (or what is causing it as I only see a few entries that I dont think are related)

per 6.45.1 release notes;
*) dhcpv6-server - added additional RADIUS parameters for Prefix delegation, "rate-limit" and "life-time";
*) dhcpv6-server - added "address-list" support for bindings;
*) dhcpv6-server - added "insert-queue-before" and "parent-queue" parameters;
*) dhcpv6-server - added RADIUS accounting support with queue based statistics;
*) dhcpv6-server - added "route-distance" parameter;
*) dhcpv6-server - fixed dynamic IPv6 binding without proper reference to the server;
*) dhcpv6-server - override prefix pool and/or DNS server settings by values received from RADIUS;

Apparently we may have narrowed this down to the PPPoE server not sending a proper IPv6 gateway option to the client router. not sure how to resolve this other than use a previous ROS version.
