CCR 1036 management hits high CPU

CCR 1036 is running on 6.44.5 (stable), need help to figure out whats going with this device.

I looked at my logs and found my IPv6 pool is exhausted and it is keeping logging as error/critical and it is consuming management and CPU, as soon as I change my IPv6 pool everything when back to normal.
