Trying to configure a mikrotik routerboard to replace a sophos sg105 that was super over complicated for the needs.
Network works great, phones are another issue. We have polycom phones with weave voip services. I have disabled sip alg, and created what I think is basic qos on the phone ips.
I've upped TCP timeout to 36, and udp to 60 min per weaves request.
Weave tells us they don't know anything about mikrotik and we need to change routers.
Basically calls come in fine, we can make calls fine, about 10 to 20 seconds into the call the other end can't hear us speak anymore, it's like a choppy call, in and out. We hear them perfectly fine on our end.
Everything worked good on the sophos. Firewall settings are default.
