I have done a spectral scan with a GrooveA and i can not read the file format.

Do you know if any tool exits to read these files?

What do you mean you can not read it ?

In short: file format is proprietary, but probably easily reverse engineered. People done so before, but sadly no one actually documented the format anywhere...
Mikrotik wanted to make a viewer for it, but that never happened and they also never released the file format.
Probably trying to bury this spectral scan thing completely now and forget it ever existed, since it's not even possible on 802.11ac radios they use on modern routerboards...
