i just do it PPTP Server with mikrotik and everything is fine, but now when VPN Clients connect to the VPN Server the whole traffic pass through VPN gatawey.
I want traffic for internet from VPN Clients pass through local ISP, only traffic for VPN Network pass through VPN tunnel.

You have to configure this at the client end.
It depends on your VPN Client, if it's Windows XP go into the TCP-IP advanced section of the VPN Connection config and uncheck the box marked "Use default gateway on remote network".
If the client it an MT router then you just need to make sure you have a default route pointing to the local internet connection rather than to the PPTP connection.
