Qos for pppoe clients

Tue May 15, 2007 4:02 pm

Hello, I have configured an mtk as a ppoe server, that generates dinamically diferents simple queues for each client pppoe. I want to use a tree queue for each client. In the profile of pppoe client i would like to choose not only a bandwith for up/down, besides i want to administrate this bandwith to be for example:

256/128 for http, etc ---priority 8
x/x for voip--------------priority 2

I had thougth that dinamically mtk generate an tree queue instead of a simple queue when i choose a profile for a client.

If somebody have do it or know how can i do that please tell me, thank you.

My english isn´t good enought, sorry.

PPPoE provided bandwidth limitation options create only 'queue simple' entries, 'queue tree' entries are not generated. If you wish to set different priorities, you have to use static queues configuration (queue simple or queue tree).
