winbox it works if within through interface wifi but it does not work if within through interface ethernet
why?

Whats the error you get?

try with secure mode off
make sure you have only on network card on in your pc

Check if the firewall is activate for the ethrnet connection

If you are trying to connect via MAC, then make sure IP neighbour discovery is on for that interface
