Usermanager

hello i have a problem that bothers me a lot. indeed, I have a mikrotik rb952ui-5ac2nd router - when I configure the hotspot and the Radius server, and I want to go to configure usermanager, I am told that the password or my user is invalid while I do not have no password. I even tried to reset the database at a command prompt but it still does the same thing. I am lost please help me
