Is anyone away of any delays in support assistance currently? I've had a ticket open for around a month now and it's been weeks since the last update even after following it up a couple of times with additional data and support files.
Unfortunately i'm at the point where I need to pull our CCR2004's from production due to stability issues with random lockups, ports resetting etc.
Luckily we have spare CCR1072's ready however it requires alot of down time to swap them all out across the country. I have tried calling Mikrotik also however was not able to speak to anyone about support requests.
