There is a Q+BC0003-S+ for CRS326-24S+2Q+RM. Will it work with switch aggregating 4x10G SFP and QSFP plugged into a network card?

Reading through description of Q+BC0003-S+ I don't see much sense what would be the benefit of occupying one of only 2 40G ports to deliver 4 additional 10G ports in a switch which already has got 24 of them. On the other hand aggregation of 10G ports with this cable would expand 40G bandwidth capabilities otherwise limited to only 2 QSFP ports.

Appreciate if anyone could share their view on this based on experience/test.
