Hi Everyone,

I have a MikroTik hEX RB750Gr3 that suddenly not working after power outage. When the power back on, the router keeps on beeping, No IP address or Mac address detected by Winbox. I tried using Putty to log in but nothing happened/still the same. I have tried resetting but nothing happened also. The "usr" have steady light and sometimes flashing. Please help what to do.

Try using another suitably rated power adaptor first (the inrush current during the power-up might have been the last drop for the original one if it was already "tired"). If that changes nothing, try using the backup bootloader following this instruction. If that still changes nothing, try following the instruction to put the router in netinstall mode; if it stops beeping after that, try to execute the netinstall (there is nothing to lose as your configuration is not accessible anyway).

How long did you hold the reset button?
Did you try netinstall?

I have tried pressing the reset button for 15 seconds nothing changes. I have no spare power adaptor to test. The router now stops beeping.
