How Mirror eth-1 to eth-2 ?
Router-OS donot have Switch package To config mirroring
can I do thsi by firewall Or other idea?

It doesn't seem to be possible to have port mirroring with software bridge. You might get some useful idea from this topic: viewtopic.php?t=131332
