At one of my customers there is a installation with around 30 WAP_ac's and a RB3011 as Main Router, CAPsMAN and Hotspot Server.
Everything is runnig fine the last years incl. L2TP/IPsec remote connection for management.
With some new people in the house there is a Problem when connecting more than one VPN- client to the network.
So these VPN-Clients (Secure SIP-Phones) are connecting to a external cloud PBX....
When we connect the second phone it doesn't connect to the PBX by VPN.
When we disconnect the first phone then the second one connects.
What coud be the problem?
Any Ideas?

The problem is the design of L2TP/IPsec. Details here. No way to solve this at the 3011 end unless you could use as many public IPs at WAN side as there are phones. It might be possible to solve it at the phones themselves but it is not very likely.What coud be the problem?
Instead of writing novels, post /export hide-sensitive. Use find&replace in your favourite text editor to systematically replace all occurrences of each public IP address potentially identifying you by a distinctive pattern such as my.public.ip.1.
