Can some one please help me?

I have been given a block of static IP's from my provider XXX.XXX.78.80/28

As explained by my provider, my WAN IP will be:

IP NUMBER XXX.XXX.78.82
SUBNET 255.255.255.240
GATEWAY XXX.XXX.78.81


I am needing to use the additional IP's XXX.XXX.78.83 thru XXX.XXX.78.94 on my ETH1 port and be able to assigned static IP's to desktop computers on the network. Does not need to do DHCP with these IP's, just hard assigned.
