I am using RouterBoard Mikrotik RB 3011UiAS-RM (Router 1).
In case that something happens to this one, I bought another same version (router 2).
I need to have the same configurations at the new router, does it work if I create a backup at router one and than upload to router 2?

For same routerboard models it does. For different models it doesn't. So in your case, it is OK.
