3rd party cache proxy

currently i have acquired a cacheflow series ,,, and i would like to use in my network,,,, i am currently usin mt webproxy...
1. i need MT to decide if http request are sent to cacheflow or to public network for resolution..
2. i need rule hot to redirect requests to cacheflow...
3. would this work better than webproxy?,, could both be working at same time(MTwebproxy and cacheflow)

please help with this as i posted earlier and had no answers

Parent-proxy option is designed for this. 'ip [web-]proxy direct' list is designed to make desicisions, whether to send packets to parent proxy or resolve them directly.
