Probably the user have PC with 100Mbit ethernet and expect that this number, with 3 provider at 100Mbit/s grows up to 300...

Like others than use 300Mbps Access Point and have only 100Mbit/s from provider,
and still tink he have 300Mbit/s from provider because wireless link speed is 300Mbit/s...

Probably the user have PC with 100Mbit ethernet and do not know the differencies from link speed and ethernet speed...

Most likely it is, although I have met in practice that the automatic detection of the port speed worked incorrectly.

Ethernet type are not viewable on screenshot

The clue is on picture: "I SHOULD HAVE 300MBPS"... the user clearly do not know how the things works.

If I'm wrong, is because English or not, he explained really badly what is expecting.
And my English is really poor.

He posted that screenshot from a Windows machine with the Link Speed of 100Mbps, but didn't mention where that PC is plugged in.. those screenshots only have "ISP" Links and a "LAN" link between the routers..
Faulty cable? limited interface on the PC/Laptop of only 100Mbps? Wrong settings on one of the routers? Wrong settings on the PC/Laptop interface? all of these? none? something else?

Based on the test results one should expect 700-800 WAN throughput on the hex, 900 is doing really well.
