VPN pptp unable to ping LAN network

I has been create VPN PPTP access to my office, but unable to ping to my local network. Below is my environment and test scenario. i hope anyone can guide me to setup scenario 1 environment and manage to access local office pc or server.

Scenario 1
Office local network: 192.168.0.1-192.168.1.254
PPTP pool: 192.168.99.200-192.168.99.254
Outcome: VPN access through pptp from home and manage to connect this access with getting IP address as 192.168.99.200 but unable to ping any other office LAN ip address (192.168.0.1-192.168.1.254).

Scenario 2
Office local network: 192.168.0.1-192.168.1.254
PPTP pool: 192.168.0.200-192.168.0.254
Outcome: VPN access through pptp from home and manage to connect this access with getting IP address as 192.168.0.200. this setup will manage to access any ip address of my off LAN device.

Scroll down and look for proxy-arp
At this point (when PPTP client is successfully connected) if you try to ping any workstation form the laptop, the ping will time out because the Laptop is unable to get ARPs from workstations. The solution is to set up proxy-arp on the local interface.

i has been done the configuration as mention to enable arp=proxy-arp, but it still cant ping to their local network device. Below is my diagram.

In scenario 1 manage to ping local office IP address with mikrotik PPP profiles and enable back vpn internet protocol version 4 advance setting as attachment. download/file.php?mode=view&id=46865
