I used 2 types of adt 12v-1.5A and 24V-1.5A, the MT parameter reported 12.7V and 25.7V respectively while in fact I measured with an oscilloscope at the input of 12.2V and 24.4V, is there a way Can anyone recalibrate the voltage?

Routers aren't known for accurate voltage measurements.
An accuracy of ~ ±5% in these things I think it's acceptable.
Also the topic title is misleading, you might want to adjust it a little to reflect your actual question / "issue".
