I'm showing a couple of strange error messages in the log that say:

"route bgp error - Received notification"
"route bgp error - cease: configuration change"

At about the time these messages appear, I have reports from customers saying that they can't access the internet. It's as if somehow, either our router or our upstream provider's router stopped routing our IPs or something. Can anyone shed some light on these errors for me? Thanks.

What version are you using? we experienced some similar problems on heavy loaded RB, try 2.9.38 if you're using something else..

I'm using version 2.9.42 right now. I don't want to upgrade to the latest quite yet. The hardware is a SuperMicro motherboard.
