I dont know if I can help you.
The config is a mess.
I would start by ONLY configuring the PPPOE wan interfaces required before adding anything else.
I would get rid of all firewall rules except the defaults and what you need for ipsec.
I would get rid of source address entries in all sourcenat rules as they can be added later, if needed.
I would ensure that all sourcenat rules with static IPs are action sourcenat and not masquerade.
I would probably delete the dstnat nat rule you seem to be doing something very weird with DNS ???
It seems like you have a lot on the go that I do not understand.
I believe your uses of Vlans are not correct.

You are missing possibly service 2 attached to vlan20
You seem to have two ethernet addresses for ether1 as well.
your use of www with port 80 if used for accessing the router externally is a security nightmare.
Too complex for me at any rate.

set [ find default-name=ether1 ] advertise=1000M-half,1000M-full full-duplex=no loop-protect=off speed=40Gbps
ether1 not full duplex and at 40Gbps without loop protect???

Probably the problem happen because all ethernet interface are configured like at random...
Erroneous other configuration apart, I do not see nothing more than ethernet configuration can be the problem.

Other things like error on bridge:
# in/out-bridge-port matcher not possible when interface (ether4) is not slave
and all vlan on CPU instead on switch/bridge...

/tool graphing interface
add allow-address=8.8.8.8/32
google are allowed to read your graphic info?

In summary, and I am by no means an expert, it appears you really do not know what you are doing and have bundled together youtube solutions in very unsafe and incorrect manner. So no tasering, or arrest warrants...........
I hope I am wrong, so please let us know if you are a professional IT person with all kinds of mikrotik certifications or a DYI kinda guy mucking about.
