ROS upgrade failed on CRS328-4C-20S-4S+ now stuck in SWOS?

I was upgrading a CRS328-4C-20S-4S+ running ROS 6.44.6 to the latest table. The switch did not come back online after 5 minutes. I have another switch connected to it with LLDP, it shows the following:

IP: 192.168.88.1
Version: 2.7
Board Name: CRS328-4C-20S-4S+

I'm guessing the upgrade failed and some how loaded SwitchOS v2.7 with a default config?

Has this happened to anyone else?

Is there a way to fix this remotely? I'm able to ping it's IP but can't MAC telnet or SSH to it.

My guess is that you'll need physical access to the switch. And netinstall it.

SwOS doesn't have any MAC-something service, only way to manage it is via web interface.

do some NAT for reach 192.168.88.1 by web browser the device
upgrade swos with latest 2.13
https://download.mikrotik.com/swos2/css ... 8-2.13.bin
after that select inside swos to start with RouterOS and reboot

This worked out great, thank you. I haven't worked with SWOS before and didn't know it had web management running by default.

Does anyone know if this is a known bug to look out for awhile upgrading?
