I was trying to figure out if I needed to add qsfpplus1-2, qsfpplus1-3, qsfpplus1-4, qsfpplus2-2, qsfpplus2-3 & qsfpplus2-4 to the bond. I was able to do more research and determine that I don't need to add those.You must add the 2 QSFP+ ports in one bond, lets say Bond-SW1 and the same for the other switch, add the 2 ports in a second bond, e.g Bond-SW2...

Correct, but in RouterOS it shows as qsfpplus1-1, qsfpplus1-2, qsfpplus1-3, qsfpplus1-4, qsfpplus2-1, qsfpplus2-2, qsfpplus2-3, & qsfpplus2-4 for if you break them out into 10Gbps ports.What do you mean ? it only has 2 QSFP+ ports ...
