when you enable passthrough it means that packet will continue to be marked or something else done by the next rules
example
/ip firewall mangle add
11 chain=prerouting src-address=191.203.26.196/31 dst-address=84.235.229.0/24 action=mark-packet new-packet-mark=123 passthrough=yes
12 chain=prerouting src-address=191.203.26.196/31 dst-address=186.235.229.0/24 action=mark-packet new-packet-mark=123 passthrough=no

13 chain=prerouting src-address=91.203.26.196/31 action=mark-packet new-packet-mark=124 passthrough=no

In 11 rule packet will continue its pass to the lowest rules it will be marked and stoped on the 12 rule if the destination matched to 84.235.229.0/24, if destination is not 84.235.229.0/24 network it will continue and will be marked and stoped at 13-th rule

so if i have passthrough=no in all my rules my packets are marked only for first rules or for all rules? for examplewhen i mark the connection the passthrough will be enable or no? then i mark the packet now the passthrough will be enable or no? If i have two adsl the passthrough will be enable in all mark packet or only in mark connection?

Look when u mark and disable the passthrough option packets that matched that rule (source, destination) will not apear in the lowest levels

If u have 2 adsl. you have to mark and disable passthough option to mark your traffic for all marking(Connection and Packet)

but in this mode the queue is stopped for all traffic
