Is http://www.mikrotik.com down? I was not able to connect yesterday at home and also not today in the office.

It seems to go down whenever a RouterOS upgrade gets released.

Cogent Communications went down, so fsr.net went down, and so did Mikrotik's US proxy.

Still down for me. Traceroute dies at: 66.228.118.158 (po52.fcr01.dal01.dallas-datacenter.com)

Cogent Communications went down, so fsr.net went down, and so did Mikrotik's US proxy.

While it does appear that Cogent had troubles at the same time, FSR has _nothing_ to do with Cogent.
