SMTP server settings

HI all, i have set up a postcats SMTP server on my computer, i setup router os to send throug the server, problem is it cant seem to contact the server correctly.. Here is the e-mail debug print out

14:04:18 e-mail,debug recv: 220 PostCast SMTP server (http://www.postcastserver.

14:04:18 e-mail,debug send EHLO [192.168.0.6]
14:04:18 e-mail,debug recv: 500 unknown ??? command "[192.168.0.6]"
14:04:18 e-mail,debug send RSET
14:04:18 e-mail,debug recv: 250 reset ...
14:04:18 e-mail,debug send QUIT
14:04:18 e-mail,debug recv: 221 closing connection
14:04:18 system,e-mail,error Error sending e-mail: error talking to server



Is there some settings i need change.... I can send an e-mail from the postcast server itself, and it works great, but i cannot seem to get routeros to send from the SMTP server. I need help please... The port being used for messaging is 25 take a look at the pic for details. Thanks guys -Jordan

Can anybody tell me how to send mail from router os with a script? here is one of them that i run and gives me that error

/tool e-mail send from="jordanb88@gmail.com" server="192.168.0.3" body="Router down" subject="Router at second floor is down" to="jordanb88@gmail.com"

It looks like that you are not alowing relay or the reciver are not in the local server setting.

the commands for sending are ok.

Yes tried that its a Postcast server and under settings>security i added the IP address of the routerboard to users list so it can acces it... Does anybody recomment a differnet smtp server? -Jordan

Did you make it work?
I've just installed PostCast and I can send e-mail properly from my PC, but can't make my RB493 send mails though it's ip and port are well configured....
