well, NAT depends on Connection Tracking, so I think you should open IP -> Firewall -> Connections and look at 'Max Entries' at the bottom =)

but, for example, if you Src-NAT to one IP, max. number of sessions is about 65k - the number of TCP ports

But im note sure if it was my router or it was the gateways out side my network.

In the beging every thing work stable. after a while when we get over 100 mbits/ 15 000 sessions then we got som problems like conecting webpages, but if you just wait 30 sec and refresh it did get the page.
All the sessions that was creat befor that cut was still stable, like bittorrent, MSN.
Was like it hade problems whit all new sessions. becose we did never lose the internett only a while. if we was 2 pepole on the side, we was going page @ the same time, one off us, did not get the page. så som times it did work.
Memory was now problem we did have 900 mb free, so it was not full

We had similar issue when cpu usage constantly hit 100%. Looked like router stopped reply dns requests directed to internal dns cache.

We did think that to at the begining, but we did run som tests, and it was not that. the cpu load was betwen 20-30% @ 100 mbits, 50-80% 250 mbits was never on 100% was a strong server, so hardware is not the problem.

Som other ides?

Have mikrotik run sessions-test? or is it som other peppol that have lots of sessions over 15000 and have no problem?
RouterOS, begins to look good. I did run routeros at the lan gathering to se if it was getting real good, just so bad that i dont now, why that error com from. If routerOS can begin to handle big trafikk to not just good 4 wirless, then i think mikrotik have done a grate work.

But anyway, Thx 4 help. Grate forum, im in here everyday to learn som more about mikrotik.
All way pepol that ansvare so cheers pepole god work ;)

2.9.x - we have average 20,000 in our connections table. Currently 17k, sometimes I see 40k.
