Problem with mac addresses...important to watch

At the following message you will see what hapend with my rooter on my internet caffe, all mac addresses are same, i dont know how to find this virus soo i hope somebody can explain me this...

0 D 192.168.1.2 00:04:75:4E:B9:73 ether2
1 D 192.168.1.3 00:04:75:4E:B9:73 ether2
2 D 192.168.1.4 00:04:75:4E:B9:73 ether2
3 D 192.168.1.5 00:04:75:4E:B9:73 ether2
4 D 192.168.1.6 00:04:75:4E:B9:73 ether2
5 D 192.168.1.8 00:04:75:4E:B9:73 ether2

someone with a 3com device has just setup all those IPs on their interface. Could be a PC or another router. Not all that uncommon really. Could also be a dhcp client that is not accepting the lease and keeps trying.

Yes all Lan interfaces are 3Com but all pc's are with a static ip addresses and apears this. On tinasoft i cannot log pc's and im sure for that its a virus,
but i cannot find it the virus name.
i work like a ISP, on my AP i was find same problem this problem. Iis actual here in Kosovo now to all providers, all we have same problem.
