That depends on the right pieces of hardware on the board AND the software support in RouterOS to read those sensors.
Not all boards do have any environmental sensors at all, and then RouterOS is not supporting reading the sensors on an x86 system...

So unfortunately you won't have much luck with this on x86 (without using external equipment).
