Queue Order Processing

Sat Aug 23, 2008 1:03 pm

It seems lately after some upgrades my queue's no longer work as desired...

Im on v3.13.

In past if i had a queue that allowed an ip full speed infront of a queue that limits all hes traffic to 64k the first one will be executed and further processing will not occur.

Hence the User has full speed.

Now however, it gets matched on full speed and gets sent further down the line to the one limiting him to 64k and the end result is the poor user ends up being limited.

This is NB for me as i had certain rules that allowed certain services full speed whereass everything else was limited to 64k.

Input?

echo "Demo license expired!"
echo "Please reinstall the router."
echo
kill -WINCH 1
exit

Maybe invert the queue order? I have a similar setup here but I enable/disable the smaller speed queue depending on daytime. I put the smaller speed queue first and the biggest speed queue after. Apparently it works fine but after your post Ill check everything =)
