Cisco gigabit link to the PowerRouter 732 went down

then came right back up
however not all the OSPF routes were transmitted from the PowerRouter to the Cisco
I had to disable then reenable the VLAN interfaces on the Mikrotik for it to reannounce the routes to the Cisco.
Any ideas on why that is? This has happened once before. A simple disable/enable on the VLAN fixed it immediately...but the question is why...
