This is what I want aswell. I also have local resources that I dont want shaped/accounted based on the users Internet Cap. I want them unlimited on local network.

How can I achieve this?

Use queues. Add queues with target-address=<HotSpot_client_IP> dst-address=<specific_server>,
place queues before queues, which are used for limitation.

Thank you for the reply sergejs. The main problem is however that these transfers inside the wireless network cap the user. (if he has 1gb for internet usage, then transferring files between local users will lead to him becoming capped, without even using the internet)

I apoligise if I have hijacked your thread, I feel that it is a similar question.

Where do you define "caps" ?

(if he has 1gb for internet usage, then transferring files between local users will lead to him becoming capped, without even using the internet)

Currently there is nothing you can do about transfer-limit.

Is it possible for me to add a central server to the walled garden of the Hotspot Router. Then have clients that need intra-network transfers pptp to that server?

I am trying it now, but something strange is occuring. When user is not authenticated, he cannot access anything. But when I add the pptp server to the hotspot walled garden, users gain access to the whole network including internet :D

I added walled garden entry. Action: Allow Dst-address:172.16.160.11 (pptp server)
Is this correct?
