Re: How to copy the image from one box to other box

I am new myself, but I think the way to go is to use winbox click on "files" in the left menu followed by "backup" then use FTP to copy the file to the next box. Open a new winbox to the new box and click "file" and "restore"

You can also look at the export feature.

This way you need only restore the parts you need.

better go with /export feature and save to file, then edit this script file and set it on the other box. if you have script file ready, you even can set it as default configuration when you reinstall router using netinstall, so, after /system reset-configuration this config will appear on the router.
