Need Help to configure web-proxy on 3.10

I have installed v3.10 in my PC, tried to configure transparent web-proxy based in some manuals but it is not working and I don't know why I have L4.

Bellow is my configuration that I did.

I need help if any can explain me if this rules are OK or not and what need to be done in order to work web-proxy.

beny30, post your '/ip firewall filter' rules. especially input chain

requests and hits = 0

Yes requests and hits all the time it is 0, and when I monitor them I don't see anything in the cache. IP Proxy monitor shows that web-proxy is running for a long time, but not answering any client requests. What to do in this case?

I don't have any rule under /ip firewall filter , here is the picture I don't know if you asked for this, Do I need to add any rule if yes can you help me please writting here.

does your 'redirect' rule count packets? or is zero too?

HI all again, at last I found the problem and now web-proxy is working good.

Bellow is the rule that does not worked for me in it was specified "in interface" and "src address" after I removed them from the rule it worked.

I want to know if web-proxy works in 2.9.51 like in 3.x or not?
